You do not have to be good.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
— Mary Oliver
A first experience of tantric bodywork
During this 90-minute session, you’ll be introduced to the way I work at CROW.
We begin with a brief conversation. I then guide you through a simple practice involving breath, movement and awareness.
From this place of attunement, you receive an introduction to tantric massage. Through calm, attentive touch, you are invited to remain present with your body: with relaxation and pleasure, but also with tension, boundaries, emotions or any other sensations that arise.
We conclude the session with a brief moment of rest and integration.
FEEL requires no previous experience with tantra, meditation or bodywork. Curiosity and a willingness to feel are enough.
During FEEL, you receive the massage wearing underwear. With your consent, touch may include areas that can feel more intimate. At every moment, you remain the one who decides what feels comfortable and appropriate. You are free to speak up, slow down, pause or end the session at any time.
FEEL can be booked once per person. It is intended both for people wishing to experience CROW for the first time and for former clients who are curious about the way I work today.
