What to Expect

Each session is a space for presence, intimate connection and exploration.
This page gives you a clear sense of how sessions unfold, so you can arrive with ease.

We move at a pace that allows you to arrive in your body, while remaining in clear communication throughout.

There is nothing you need to achieve.
You are invited to notice, to feel, and to stay present with what unfolds.

Before the Session

Before we meet in person, we begin with an intake call.

This conversation typically lasts around 30 minutes and allows us to explore your background, experience and intention in more depth. There is space for questions, as well as for anything that feels relevant to share.

This step is intentional.
By taking the time to clarify beforehand, we create a clear and grounded starting point.

It allows the session itself to unfold with minimal talking — so attention can move directly into the body, into sensation, and into experience.

During a Session

Each session is shaped around your process within the time we have.

It can include a combination of:

  • breathwork and active meditations

  • guided attention and body awareness exercises

  • gentle, attentive touch that includes the body as a whole

  • in-depth massage of specific areas of the body, in line with the focus of the session

  • simple, guided partner exercises to explore connection and authentic expression

  • moments of stillness and integration

Touch can vary from grounding and supportive to more fluid and exploratory — always in response to your body and within clearly communicated boundaries.

Active Participation

This is not a passive experience.

You are invited to stay present, to notice what happens in your body and mind, and to communicate when something feels good, too much, or when you wish to pause.

There is no right or wrong.
Your experience is the reference point.

Intimacy, Boundaries & Consent

The body is approached as a whole.

Within the context of tantric bodywork, there is no inherent taboo or hierarchy. This allows for a more integrated experience — where the body is not divided into “allowed” and “forbidden” areas, but approached with equal attention and respect.

At the same time, nothing is ever assumed.

Consent is active and ongoing throughout the session.
You are always free to adjust, pause or decline any form of touch — without needing to explain.

Depending on your comfort and intention, you may choose to receive parts of the session clothed or unclothed. You can change your mind at any moment — there is no expectation or obligation.
I remain clothed throughout the session.

Clear communication creates safety.
From that place, deeper relaxation and exploration can emerge.

Intimacy &
Authentic Presence

What distinguishes this work is its explicit attention to intimacy — not as something to perform, but as a space where you are invited to be fully present as you are.

Through awareness, touch and clear communication, layers of tension, habit or self-protection can gradually soften. This often creates room for a more authentic way of being to emerge.

Not by becoming someone else, but by allowing what is already there — without masks, roles or the need to adjust.

This process can deepen not only your experience in the session, but also how you relate to yourself and others beyond it — with more clarity, ease and self-trust.

Beyond Release

While sessions can lead to relaxation, nervous system regulation or emotional release, there is no specific outcome to achieve.

The invitation is to let go of expectations — both before and during the session — and to simply meet what is present, as it unfolds. This often brings a different kind of depth.
Not by doing more, but by allowing more.

From here, the body can settle. Attention becomes more refined.
Experiences of connection, aliveness and subtlety arise naturally.

After the Session

After the session, there is space to land and gently return.

To close, we take a moment to reflect or share what was noticed.
You may experience shifts in your body, energy or emotional state — this is a natural part of the process.

Giving yourself time afterwards can help integrate the experience.

Practical

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in

  • Avoid a heavy meal or alcohol before the session

  • Allow yourself time to arrive without rush

  • If possible, keep your schedule afterwards light, so you have space to rest and let the experience settle

Closing

If you feel drawn to explore this work, you are welcome to book a session.
