About CROW

CROW is a tantric bodywork practice based in Groningen and Amsterdam.
My name is Noëlle, founder of CROW. You are warmly welcome here.

Through my sessions, I offer a grounded path to deeper presence, connection and vitality.

I founded the practice in 2025 from a desire to create a clear path of exploration — approaching intimacy as a field of inquiry and a profound source of wisdom and joy.

The Practice

At its heart, this work invites people to reconnect with the intelligence of the body: to rediscover sensuality, cultivate presence, and allow play and spontaneity to become part of a lifelong learning process.

CROW invites you to move beyond the surface, with the body as the gateway.

The practice supports individuals who wish to live — and connect — with greater authenticity, vitality and joy.

Clarity

CROW bridges traditional Tantric philosophy with contemporary embodiment practices. Intimacy is approached with care, maturity and attention.

Each session takes place within a clearly defined professional and ethical framework. Consent and communication are ongoing, and the process is collaborative.

I cherish Tantra as a non-dogmatic and inclusive path. It is not tied to ideology or religion, but rooted in direct experience and in the sensual intelligence of each new moment.

This clarity allows exploration to remain both safe and vibrant.

In addition to formal training, continuous study and supervision form an integral part of the professional foundation of this work.

Clients

Over the years of my work in tantric and holistic bodywork, I have worked with a diverse range of people.
What many of them share is a certain attentiveness to life. They move intelligently through the world. They are thoughtful, capable, and often carry responsibility. Yet somewhere within they sense a quiet longing — for more depth, more presence, more aliveness in the body.

Tantric bodywork meets this longing.

Clients often describe feeling more awake in their bodies, more capable of regulating their nervous system, and more confident in intimate relationships. Many rediscover a sense of vitality and connection in everyday life.

This path asks something in return: curiosity, openness, and the willingness to be honest with oneself.

If you feel drawn to explore in this way, you are warmly welcome in the practice.

My Path

Art and the body have shaped my life. Their capacity for genuine connection continues to inspire me.

My work is informed by training in tantric bodywork as well as studies in art and education. In both, I discovered that their essence lies in awareness, receptivity and wonder.

Driven by curiosity, I completed two university master’s degrees. Yet over time I realized that the kind of intelligence I was searching for could not be found through the intellect alone.

In Berlin I began exploring the wisdom of the body through dance and tantric massage, learning the art of attentive presence and true devotion.

Working with clients from many different countries has shown me how tantra, when approached with care and integrity, becomes a shared language that bridges differences & reconnects.

Influences

My work is informed by training in tantric bodywork and ongoing study within contemplative traditions such as Kaschmiri Shaivism and Zen practice.

Equally important are influences from the arts, movement practices and somatic learning — disciplines that cultivate sensitivity, attention and embodied awareness.

These traditions do not form a rigid system. Rather, they offer perspectives that continue to shape and deepen the practice over time.

CROW

The name CROW is inspired by Yatagarasu, the three-legged crow from Japanese mythology, symbolizing the dynamic balance between heaven, earth and humankind.

In many traditions, the crow is a guide — a messenger between worlds.

For me, the symbol reflects a simple truth: that the sacred is not separate from embodied life. Depth is not elsewhere.. It can be found right here, in each new moment, in the way we inhabit our bodies and relate to one another. And when we learn to listen more carefully, life itself becomes our greatest teacher.

A Living Practice

CROW offers the space I once searched for myself — a place to explore the intelligence of body and heart through intimate and authentic connection.

The practice is inspired in part by the philosophy of Wuxing (Five Elements or Five Phases) — water, wood, fire, earth and metal — reminding us that vitality and transformation are always in motion.

Like the elements themselves, this work continues to evolve through attention, experience and relationship.

CROW stands for a practice that is both grounded and alive — rooted in experience, yet always open to discover.

Location & Setting
