CROW is a tantric bodywork practice based in Groningen and Amsterdam.
Through my sessions, I offer a grounded path into deeper presence, connection and vitality.
I founded the practice in 2025 from a desire to create a clear approach to Tantra — one that invites you to actively explore intimacy as a field of inquiry and wonder.

Noëlle — founder of CROW
CROW bridges traditional Tantric philosophy with contemporary embodiment practices.
Each session takes place within a clearly defined professional and ethical framework. Consent and communication are ongoing; the process is collaborative.
I cherish Tantra as a non-dogmatic and inclusive path. It is not tied to ideology or religion, but rooted in the sensual intelligence of each new moment.

Over the years, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and nationalities.
What many of them share is a certain attentiveness to life.
They are thoughtful, capable — often carrying responsibility.
Yet somewhere within, they sense a quiet longing — for more depth, more presence, more authenticity.
Tantric bodywork meets this longing.
Art and the body have shaped my life. As portals to connection and wonder, they continue to inspire and guide my work.
Although I hold two university master’s degrees, over time I came to realise that the kind of intelligence I was searching for could not be found through the intellect alone.
In Berlin, I began exploring the body more directly — through movement, dance and tantric bodywork. There, I learned to embrace attention, presence and curiosity as a way of being.
Working with clients from all over the world has shown me how this work, when approached with care, becomes a shared language — one that moves beyond concepts and reconnects us to what is essential: our humanity.

My work is shaped by ongoing training and study.
The traditions of Kashmiri Shaivism and Zen form its foundation, alongside influences from the arts, movement practices and somatic learning.

Supervision, self-inquiry and refinement continue to shape and deepen the CROW practice.
The name CROW is inspired by Yatagarasu, the three-legged crow from Japanese mythology, symbolising the dynamic balance between heaven, earth and humankind.
In many traditions, the crow is a guide — a messenger between worlds.
For me, the symbol points to a simple truth: that the sacred is not separate, and depth is not elsewhere.
It can be found right here — in the body, in connection, in each new moment we are willing to meet ourselves, and each other.

Are you ready to feel more?
To listen more closely?
To be more honest with yourself and others?
This work asks something of you.
If you are open to that, you’re welcome to begin the practice — starting with a simple intake call.
