Listen to the quiet

Respect the young
Seek growth
Trust in change
Treasure learning

Reach beyond the binary

Be wary be of the doubtless
Honour the bright headed
Grow plants

Be electric
Cherish language
Celebrate silence
Dance daily

Follow the wind
Look upwards
Swoon under clouds
Feel your courage
Face forward
Read history

Raise the roof
Keep breathing
Be trustwortyhy
Take care of yourself
Belief in goodness
Head for the light

Timeslip (Fragment) | Derek Jarman & Tilda Swinton (1995 / 2025)

What are the lessons and meaning of fourty years of work ? In Tilda Swinton – Ongoing, the celebrated Scottish actress gives her answer: relationships & creative co-operation.

The exhibition I visited in Amsterdam's EYE Film Museum opened my eyes (yet again) as to how art (and life!) are in a way more like a neverending dialogue - made up of connections & shared ideas. Instead of the 'end result', it is the exchange - based on trust, friendship and creativity - that matters.

At the end of the exhibition Tilda shared her notes for radical living. I think they very much sum up a what a fully awake & ecstatic life in tantra could entail. I took the liberty of sharing them here, as they continue to inspire me.

I am curious though: what would your list look like?
